I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to Jess for the exceptional care you provided to our beloved dog during their final hours. Your compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the care you gave, not just to our dog, but to us as owners as well. In such a difficult and emotional time, your kindness and understanding meant the world to us. You ensured our dog was comfortable, peaceful, and surrounded by love. You gave us the space to say goodbye and offered support when we needed it most. The way you balanced your expertise with such warmth and empathy was truly remarkable. It’s never easy to say goodbye to a member of the family, but your gentle approach made a heartbreaking moment a little easier to bear. Thank you for treating our dog with the utmost respect and for caring for us through the entire process. You’ll always have a special place in our hearts. Nurses always warm and friendly and happy to great our man Dyson when he has to visit. Dyson absolutely loves visiting Dr Alex and we are so thankful for all the effort she goes to to make sure that he is always comfortable, he’s not always the easiest dog to get to sit still but he really loves Alex. Im so glad that I’ve found just the right vet to help us make sure Dyson is comfortable and well taken care of as he enters his old man era! (All the vets throughout his years at this clinic have been great, but Alex is taking the cake right now!)

I am so glad that I found the vets at this clinic. After some bad experiences at another vets. My staff actually loves going here instead of me dragging me away she runs to the door to get in. The day she sliced herself from top to bottom on a wire fence. I thought this is she’s gone but they cleaned her wound stitched her internally and externally and 10 weeks later other than her scar you would not know she had hurt herself. I can’t thank you enough.

The Vet, Dr Naomi checked my stud Dog Tempah. She was thorough and was gentle with him. All in all, we received sound advice and the correct medicine to medicate him. Thank you again. I appreciate it!

Alex is an amazing veterinarian. I thank Alex and the team for attending to my beautiful boy with care and making sure he is comfortable during his procedures. I have been going to this vet for 10 years and I have met some amazing people. It's not easy taking our loved ones for surgery especially, but I appreciate everything you have done and I know my boy does too.

Excellent customer service and care! Our dog has had TPLO surgery on both legs at this clinic. Dr. Alex has been very accommodating with all of our questions and has been incredibly caring toward our dog. Elyshia, the receptionist, has also been wonderful (and all of their other staff). Best vet in the western suburbs by far! Naomi really looked after my baby boy and treated him like her own. You can definitely tell this isn’t just a job for her, it’s a passion. Thank you so much again for looking after him and for supporting me as well. I’d also like to thank Imogen, one of the many amazing vet nurses at this clinic, for taking such great care of my boy. You are all wonderful and deserve all the praise!

Dr. Alex is such an amazing vet! My 4 cats and 2 dogs are always treated with so much care and kindness every time we visit. She’s so gentle, patient, and really takes her time to make sure each of them feels safe and comfortable. You can tell she truly loves animals and puts her heart into what she does. She always explains everything clearly and makes sure I understand what’s going on with each of my pets. I really appreciate how much attention and compassion she gives to all of them, it makes a huge difference.

We brought our dog here for his neutering surgery and the whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. The recovery process was very smooth, and the team was always friendly, approachable, and happy to answer any questions we had post-surgery. Really appreciated the care and support throughout.
